Poker Face

Strobist Info:

Main: SB800 into Lumiquest Softbox (small one) camera right.

SB800 into 60" Softlighter, above and behind subject to light shoulders and hair.

SB800s either side and behind subject as kickers (although the camera right one seems to have missed, or is a little too suble - intentionally of course!)

SB900 on low power and bounced of a reflector behind the camera to produce catchlights in the eyes.

The hand holding the cards in the foreground were shot seperatly, lit with the SB900 and composited in afterwards.

The couple love Vegas so they wanted to combine that with their Art Deco theme and we came up with these poker chip cookies, each one personalised with the guest's name, to be used as a placecard & favour.

Ivory for the ladies & charcoal for the men (for 100 guests)
